These terms govern your use of Relay, the member service operated by New York Robotics ("NYR"). By using Relay you agree to them.

SMS messaging program

  • Program name: NY Robotics Relay.
  • Description: Members who opt in receive account notifications, connection requests and replies, introduction updates, and member digests from New York Robotics. Members can also reply to Relay by text.
  • Opt-in: You opt in by adding your mobile number and turning on text messages in your Relay settings.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact info@nycrobotics.org.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your account

Keep your profile accurate and your login secure. Introductions only happen when both members agree. Do not use Relay to send spam, harass others, or share information you are not allowed to share.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at nycrobotics.org/privacy-policy explains how we handle your information. We never sell or share your mobile number for marketing.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend accounts that break them. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
